Globally distributed projects often spawn functionally redundant software and hardware setups at different sites, different teams and different suppliers. Incidentally, those redundant systems often idle for a relevant amount of time.
Using CEE, the Mindmotiv Cloud Execution Engine, most tasks such as code generation and test execution from MIL to HIL can be scheduled to any available resource at another location in the secured CEE cloud. The CEE scheduler automatically generates a list of systems eligible to perform a particular task, monitors their status and triggers the task execution as soon as one is available: resource usage is improved, redundancy is minimized and experts can focus on their work instead of resource management and maintenance.
